Cotogna put together a pop-up restaurant at the 2015 FOG Art and Design Fair in San Francisco. On short relatively notice I was asked to make 36 wood serving boards, 18 of the boards have two depressions that hold mason jars, the other 18 have a single depression to fit bowls for serving tuscan fried chicken. The boards are now being used at their permanent location at 490 Pacific in Jackson Square.
