From 2011 until late 2014, I worked for CHENG Concrete as the Industrial Designer. Because it's a small company with only a few employees, I was able to help in a lot of ways, by making DIY projects and How-To documentation, developing of a line of stepping stone molds, photographing products and trying to improve the UX of the website and online store, assisting in the workshops and training for beginner's making countertops to contractors working with fiber-reinforced concrete mixes, and helping shape the brand and drive sales through sites like Instructables and the CHENG Online Training website.
